Best MCO Online Purchases So Far
After being locked down and working from home for a period of time, we are getting used to this new norm and lifestyle. We have learnt to adapt and acquired new hobbies to keep our lives meaningful and fun (to an extent). Thanks to the MCO, online shopping has seen a huge surge and I must say that it is stress-relieving and fulfilling to go on a online shopping spree. Some of these purchases have improved my life tremendously and are one of the best investments I had made. Here are my best MCO purchases so far. Feel free to comment on what are yours.
1. Perry Smith Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
When you are trapped at home, every single piece of dust and strand of hair will be an eyesore. I’ve used robot vacuum cleaners for many years but they are too dumb to avoid obstacles and it is too troublesome to move your furniture to make way for it to maneuver around. So I opted to give this cordless vacuum cleaner a try and boy was I surprised that it is so efficient. I love its swivel head allowing you to easily reach under the couch and its LED lights will illuminate the dust particles so you will never miss them.
The detachable head will allow you to switch to a crevice tool allowing you to vacuum hard to reach places. I use it to clean spider webs on the ceiling and also the interior of my car. All you need is a click to empty the bin and you are ready for your next vacuum. At RM258 with a 2 year warranty, it is one of the cheapest and reliable vacuum cleaners out there. Great bargain and one of my best investments!

2. Kitchen Organizer Rack
At times like these, a little bit of organizing goes a long way especially now that we do a lot of home cooking. This stainless steel rack is perfect for those of us who is well stocked for cooking but has limited kitchen space. Its 4-tier design utilizes space efficiently and looks aesthetically pleasing at the same time. I bet your kitchen will never look the same with this smart invention. At RM59.90, it may be slightly more expensive than other models on offer but for the material and finishing quality, it is well-worth every penny.

3. TTRacing Duo V3 Gaming Chair
Working at home can be strenuous to our body over the long run without a proper ergonomic chair. Gaming chairs are the perfect remedy as it is designed and engineered to keep gamers incredibly comfortable for long hours at play. The set back is gaming chairs are expensive!

4. Yoga Mat
Yoga mats are an absolute must! With limited outdoor activities and gyms closed, home workouts are the only way we could stay active and boost our immune systems. There are many yoga mats out there but what I liked about this one is that it is dual-sided, odorless, waterproof and anti-slip. The high-density thickness at 6mm is also ideal to dampen noise and absorb impact to joints.

5. Panasonic Cubie Steam Convection Oven
Ever since we bought this oven, our lives had been tremendously enhanced and we can no longer live without this equipment. Compared to conventional oven, it is not cheap! But if you consider its advanced superheated steam technology, this oven can do wonders. The Panasonic Cubie oven allows you and your family to whip up delicious meals quickly and easily. Its versatility allows you to steam, bake, grill and stew a variety of food at the touch of a button.
It comes in 3 sizes from the smallest 15L to the mid-size 20L to the largest 30L. I would recommend you go for the 30L if space allows as you will be grateful to be able to fit a whole chicken, fish and large pan in it. 6. Philips Induction Cooker
For those using a gas cooker, I’m sure you had run into situations where the gas runs out while you are preparing a feast for your family and the gas supplier no longer delivers. This is where the Philips induction cooker could be just the life saver you need.
For most of the time, we used the cooker as a hotpot. Its fast cooking and cool to touch surface makes it ideal for the whole family to enjoy under the same roof.

7. Foam Roller
No budget for a massage chair, this is the next best invention. Albeit with some effort, foam rollers can sort our our knots and relieve stress from our sore muscles. Some times a little massage is all you need to get the weight off our shoulders.
