Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner at Prego Westin Kuala Lumpur
We spent our Christmas holidays at KL staying at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Bukit Bintang. Since Westin KL is just across the street, we decided to experience the Christmas Eve Italian Buffet Dinner at its award-winning restaurant Prego.
The Chrismas Eve Buffet Dinner was priced at RM288 per pax, top up RM160 for free-flowing Prosecco or RM260 for free-flowing Champagne (G.H. Mumm). Wines and beer are included in the topped up packages. Maybank credit card holders get to relish 30% off for food only, while CIMB and Marriott Bonvoy members enjoy 20% and 10% discount respectively.

Prego features an open kitchen concept with its vibrant and lively ambience always inviting, complete with an open kitchen and wafting aromas of freshly baked breads and wood-fired pizzas. They are famed for their Sunday Bubbalicious Brunch, so what better way to spend Christmas Eve!

The Verdict
We are spoiled for choice and inundated with quality food and drinks throughout the night. The chef was on hand to check on the food and also guest experience. There was so much good food on hand that we had a hard choice to choose our favorite dish. From the scrumptious pepperoni pizza, savory beef cheek, yummy lamb shank to its heavenly tiramisu. The only regret was the limited capacity of our stomach! A good tip: it helps if you don’t need to drive, as you can go all out on the drinks!
