Nowadays it’s a rarity to hear about Free Flow Bubbly Brunches in Penang, let alone Champagne Brunch. With the lack of spending power and purchasing volume, we are often devoid of options for luxury Sunday bubbly brunches that our friends at KL could enjoy every other weekend. However, that may be about to change as some restaurants are bold enough to take the plunge and change the dire situation here in Penang.

Ferringi Grill Sunday Bubbly Brunch

The Feringgi Grill at the Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa will host the Sunday Bubbly Brunch Sunday Feb 9 with a host of wonderful spread for guests to enjoy. The brunch will start from 12pm to 3pm at RM350 nett per person with free flow of Champagne.

Highlights include starters like organic field greens, romaine, lollo rosso, tear drop tomato, baby artichokes and many more. On the sushi and sashimi corner, expect delights such as tuna, salmon, octopus, scallops served with traditional Japanese condiments while the Seafood on Ice section brings fresh prawns, snow crab claws, clams, mussel, traditional cocktail sauce, peppercorn mignonette among others.

As for the main course, enjoy lamb cutlet, snapper meuniere, chicken breast and beef wellington. The spread also brings a variety of cheese, walnuts and dried fruits. The dessert section creamy rice pudding, mini chocolate tartlet, strawberry tart, mixed berry crumble pie, citrus cheese cake and many more.

Heap Seng House Champagne Brunch

Heap Seng House is hosting its first ever Champagne Brunch on 1st & 2nd Feb. The Champagne served is from Palmer & Co Brut Reserve and will be flowing throughout the brunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm. The 4-course meal is priced at RM378 per person and the highlights of the menu include Irish Premium Oysters, Slipper Lobsters & King Prawn roll, Cheesesteak sandwich and imported ice cream from New Zealand.
