As soon as you are whisked to your seat and a quick debrief of the menu, the champagne starts pouring. Every table will start with SKAI’s house-baked bread and butter, followed by cheese platter and charcuterie board. Before you know it, the Seafood on Ice, consisting of crab, prawns, mussels and clams are placed before you. We then slide our way through the cold and hot plates options which we ordered as we wished. A few standout dishes were the octopus, burrata and smoked salmon for the cold plates. While we enjoyed the perfectly cooked steak and baby bass from the hot plates.

We also ordered their signature cocktails, the SKAI punch and Bloody Umai. There is a bar nearby where you can make your own Sangria concoction with plenty of condiments. Desserts are also self-serviced located at the dessert buffet table. To celebrate our wedding anniversary, we made a special request to have a personalized message written on a sweet platter which was very well executed.

We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch experience! Even though the food variety was not aplenty, we appreciate the quality on offer, not to mention the music, atmosphere and the breath-taking views that make for an unforgettable experience to behold. During the whole course, all our requests were immediately fulfilled, we were never left with empty champagne flutes as it was swiftly refilled. Kudos to our server Ivy for her impeccable service and detail to attention.
